I am finally done with training! No more commuting ! yay!

Today we had our Christmas production at the church, and then went to the North Pole to see Santa. I was busy directing and manning the cue cards, but I may have video of the play to upload later...

Thanksgiving 2010

We drove down to the Bay area for Thanksgiving.

Our friends Mike and Teresa (who we usually stay with) went to Arizona, but left us their house to stay in.
Thursday morning we had breakfast with George's parents and sisters at George's sister Bev's house.

Our nephew, Carter, (Marie and Robert's son) is much bigger this year, and walking!
Thomas and James played video games with Drew, then everyone played hide and seek.

Drew and Alyssa are getting big too!
After we left Bev's house we went to have dinner at our old church with Pastor Gene, Susan, Ruth, Yohn, and others.
We played volleyball and had a great time, it was good to see everyone again!

Friday we visited with my Uncle Gary and Aunt Geraldine, who we hadn't seen in a couple years.

We went to the park and Geraldine played Lava tag with the kids.

November 20,2010

We went to see my mom in Anderson Saturday. Before we left we had our first flakes of snow, which are in the first picture. When we drove back Saturday night, there was a blizzard. There were cars and emergency vehicles everywhere when we drove over Hatchet mountain. I took the other pictures Sunday morning. What a difference a day makes!!

November 6th Hawes Farms

The weekend after halloween we went down to Hawes Farms.

They had so many pumpkins left over that they had a pumpkin smashing event.

They dropped pumpkins and prizes from a crane, and they had lots of fun things to do.

We rode the train and James went in the funhouse.
Thomas got to smash a pumpkin with a bat.

They even have a sluice for gold panning.
I think we'll go back next year, we had alot of fun!
